Buena Vista I is defined by the intersection of two volumes that optimize site placement and enhance views toward the lake. Its morphology incorporates a façade of vertical sunshades that protect private areas while aesthetically integrating technical components. The project utilizes the upper level as a green roof terrace, integrating the landscape into the neighborhood-scale social program. It is a piece of contemporary architecture that balances climatic efficiency with a coherent formal synthesis.
