Stefano VII is conceived as a neighborhood-scale collective housing project composed of two towers connected through horizontal circulation. Its modern six-level architecture with a rooftop emphasizes bioclimatic efficiency, using vertical sunshades for solar control and a carefully studied orientation that optimizes thermal comfort. The project activates its upper level with a premium amenities area including a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, taking advantage of the city’s privileged views. With green terraces and vegetation integrated into the façade, the building establishes a contemporary identity committed to environmental quality and urban integration.
