Comarca is conceived as a residential complex of nine homes grouped in clusters of three, organized around a central shared core. Due to the pronounced site topography, the design unfolds across multiple levels connected by an intermediate plane that concentrates common areas, including a pool, solarium, barbecue areas, and fire pits. The architecture merges with the native woodland, creating a forest-like atmosphere where central spaces act as clearings that capture magnificent views of the mountainous landscape. It is a proposal that balances the privacy of each unit with community living, respecting the natural scale and profile of the surroundings.
