Rancho is located in Altos de los Chorrillos as the foundational core of a future residential development within the mountainous landscape.
The project is defined by a multi-purpose hall (SUM) with simple volumetry, strategically embedded into a steep topography to minimize its visual impact.

Its design enhances the green roof terrace as a camouflage element, allowing the structure to blend into nature, while a water mirror accompanies the transition into the interior.
With a longitudinal program that integrates kitchen, barbecue area, and flexible equipment, this project synthesizes functionality and respect for the pristine environment near the stream.
