Casa ADR, located in the Altos de Carlos Paz neighborhood, is set on a sloping site, organized into volumes that adapt to the topography and enhance views toward the valley. The residence is structured through differentiated blocks according to their social and private character, articulated by transitional green spaces. The upper social volume incorporates a green roof terrace and an office, while the private sector orients the bedrooms toward the landscape. The architecture is expressed through noble materials — exposed concrete, stone, and wood — along with a system of vertical concrete sunshades that control solar exposure and define the façade’s identity.
