Buena Vista II is structured through three stepped volumes that fragment into internal courtyards and are connected by bridges. Its morphology emphasizes the relationship between interior and exterior, using black vertical sunshades and pergolas to define a rhythmic and contemporary façade. The materiality is complemented by spacious balconies and private barbecue areas that open the units to views of the surroundings. The project culminates in a rooftop viewpoint with shared amenities, optimizing natural ventilation and daylight across all unit types. It is a highly dynamic architectural piece that articulates residential density with strategic spatial voids.
