Buena Vista III is set on a corner site, articulating a morphology that embraces the slope as a design opportunity. The building stands out for its three-dimensional perforated skin with a strong geometric rhythm, functioning as a solar filter and as the formal protagonist of the envelope. The contrast between the absolute transparency of the commercial ground floor and the solidity of the upper levels, defined by a black-and-white synthesis, reinforces its technical and contemporary character. The proposal culminates in a rooftop viewpoint, whose perimeter is softened by vegetated edges that complete the architectural volume.
