The project is defined by a terraced volume with a pure, porticoed façade, where a living wall enhances its contemporary architecture.
The design prioritizes spatial fluidity through expansive terraces that capture privileged views toward the lake.
With high-quality amenities, a pool, and a solarium, the building integrates commercial spaces and social areas that consolidate an exclusive residential experience.
